Chairperson, e-Academy

The e-Academy Balkans aims to raise awareness towards the digital sciences, internet and social communities and networking. Through the e-Academy Mr. Russev is also researching and developing areas such as European Union Qualification frame and more precisely leveling the Romanian and Bulgarian National Qualification frames with the European one. The e-Academy is member of international consortium of 10 education European institutions aiming to develop equal qualification frame.

e-Academy is organizer of Webit - e-Business & e-Marketing Expo for South-eastern Europe.

Plamen is currently also Managing Director of design.bg Bulgaria www.design.bg. The company provides e-marketing strategic planing for digital environments, including on-line business and marketing strategies, e-commerce, mobile marketing, web development services.

design.bg clients are many international brands, 4 governments and number of non-profit organizations.

Mr. Russev also participates in many projects as an expert in digital strategies and more precisely in social communities management, markeing for social networks, e-marketing, building social awareness on-line, reputation management, etc.

Mr. Russev is frequently speaking or moderating conferences (both national and international).
