Nick Wiggin

Head of Advertising Strategy & Partnerships, Ericsson

Nick Wiggin is Head of Advertising Strategy & Partnerships at Ericsson, he is globally responsible for managing advertising partner company relationships and guiding Ericsson’s advertising proposition in Advertising industry. Previously he was Managing Director EMEA for Ansible, the IPG mobile advertising agency. He has worked in the media industry for 20 years, mainly in Europe, Asia and the US. The first half of his career was focused on the TV business, starting off in media research for ITV and Flextech culminating in the launch of Fox Kids into Europe. The last 10 years have been focused on mobile media where Nick ran his own consultancy business helping media buying agencies such as Carat and Mindshare break into the mobile space. He is actively involved in the mobile advertising industry, he was Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association UK for two terms from 2005 to 2007, and was asked to set-up and drive the global mobile media initiative at the GSM Association which he did from 2006-2007. Nick has a MA Masters degree in European Business, a BSc honours degree in Psychology and lectures on Mobile Advertising at the Royal University of Surrey.
